  • Build a trade plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
  • Liaise closely with customers about the demand forecast to ensure the products supply monthly and quarterly
  • Cooperate with the On-trade team to forecast the demand for ensuring the sell-out pace of the distributor
  • Manage and build a plan for using the monthly sell-out budget effectively.
  • Manage channel conflict which may occur by channel sales program and price management.
  • Work closely with outlet influencers to ensure the standard listing of the company.
  • Work closely with the cross-functional team to ensure the product supply as well as the payment process.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with cross-functional teams of the customer

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least 3 year of experiences as Sales MT Channel, specialize in Milk, Food & Beverage field is plus. 
  • Experienced in MT Planning as manage account H&S or Minimart. 
  • Knowledge about MT Channel System, Operation of Sales
  • Ability to data analyst of Excel, PPT. 
  • Open mind, mindset business, logic, negation, problem solving.
