Exploiting and developing relationships with assigned Key Accounts to expand the project
Coordinate with Service Planning department to come up with a new service model. Update new models for customers
Set up business plan (expansion revenue, number of new projects, profit rate, ...) and ensure actual results according to the plan.
Analyze customer needs and internal resources to calculate quotes and recommend service models. Update new models for customers
Support Operations department to present proposals to customers
Participating in Operational improvement (with support from relevant departments)
Record customer feedback about the service. Coordinate with Operations department to solve requests from Customers
Working place: 4 Floor, 123 Cong Hoa, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, HCMC
Working time: From 8:00 to 17:00 (Monday – Friday)

University graduate or higher, preferably in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration
Good English communication and writing, equivalent to IELTS 7.0
At least 2 years of experience in the position: Relationship Manager, Sales, Account Manager, KAM, Client Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, Consultant
Experience in Customer Service, Outsourcing, BPO, Consulting is an advantage
Good office computer skills, especially Excel, Power Point
Presentation skills in English and Vietnamese
Data analysis skills are an advantage
Requires the ability to work in detail, accurately on data, written presentation and presentation
