The L&D Manager will need to design learning journeys that are a mix of classroom training, fieldwork, digital learning, on the job coaching and mentoring. The L&D Manager would need to work closely with the leaders of the respective units of our organization in order to assess the needs of each team.
- Develop and implement organization-wide strategies and initiatives to improve employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Evaluate organization and individual development needs.
- Design and facilitate workshops, training programs, and team-building activities that promote employee development and collaboration.
- Lead change management initiatives, including communication plans, to ensure smooth implementation of organizational changes.
- Support enhancement of the learning system and processes.
- Lead and impact to culture development and engagement activities.
