ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategy Development and Implementation
- Establish strong partnerships with the business to identify current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development
- Drive people development strategy, execute the development agenda and measure its success effectively at the assigned business unit.
2. Organizational Design & Develop
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs, develop and implement a learning strategy and program that are aligned with the organization’s objectives
- Lead several POD projects as assigned and make sure it is aligned when rolling out to the assigned business unit
- Deliver training course as required (induction program, internal people processes etc) and consult on the training content design for development programs
- Assist L&D Manager to cascade learning & development strategies to business unit, providing information and advice as required.
3. Culture Building:
- Ignite improvement ideas and lead the implementation plan to promote HEINEKEN Behaviors and Learn, Share, Reapply culture with a purposeful, strategic approach
- Support to conduct climate survey deep dive workshops at sections
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Learning Design, or related fields.
- Critical and analytical thinking skills.
- Customer-oriented and Data-driven mindset.
- Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices.
- Advanced Excel and data analytical skills.
- Significant experience with effective learning and development methods.
- Experience in project management and budgeting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking.
