Mô tả Công việc

1. Learning and Organization Development

  • Create annual L&OD agenda based on individual and organizational development needs, using the competencies framework
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, workshop, online learning, designed development program)
  • Design and deliver learning courses, workshops and other trainings when needed
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
  • Measure the effectiveness of learning & development program based of KPIs (timeframe, budget, users’ experience, excellent execution and capability enhancement of employee).
  • Build a learning atmostphere that promote proactive learning attitude and habits
  • Manage relative reports and do frequent analysis to adjust initiatives when needed
  • Ensure operation compliance with the existing process, systems, reports and analysis
  • Lead talent management activities (assessment, initate and follow up development plan, propose talent engagement and/or talent exchange)

2. . Performance Management

  • Be the COE in the goal setting, goals reviews process: work with HO COE, with local managers, and members to ensure the goals (inclusive of probation goals and annual goals) are set and review properly in terms of timeframe and goal setting requirements for different employee groups. Conduct training, instruction and audit of every cycle to ensure the right results.
  • Ensure operation compliance with the existing process, systems, reports and analysis
  • Propose to enhance quality of performance management, inclusing system, process and members’ exposure.
  • Ensure proper execution for annual Talent Review cycle.

3. Other tasks (if any)

  • Involve in trainee program project (lead the development part) Propose and manage budgets of all above tasks. Drive activities with cost effective approaches
  • Involve in other HR teams’ activities and projects or tasks (when needed)
  • Have opportunity to become HRBP for one function for business involvement and career enhancement when appropriate

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  1. Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences
  • Vietnamese local with majority experience isn the Vietnam market.
  • University Degree or MBA. Additional professional HR qualification is preferred
  • 10+ years in HR. At least 5-year experience in L&OD and Performance Management, in MNCs and in the FMCG industry.
  • Good conceptualize capability, able to find out the root causes and able to propose initiatives and/or solutions for the challenges of talent management.
  • Strong ownership & accountability. Good in stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, organizational skills.
  • Strong in communication and presentation skills, both in English and Vietnamese, both in verbal and written
  • Strong in training falicitating skill. Able to develop training workshop content is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing performance systems is a plus

  • Proven leadership, management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skill
  • Balance in both roles team leader and team player, with hands-on approaches
  • Strong business acumen, good analytical & problem solving, high on initiative & advocacy to drive HR processes
  • Systematic thinking, critical thinking
  • Good negotiation, influencing and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, in written and verbal, toward to individuals and groups
