Figure out leasing plan, set rent budget, and proceed with progress management for assigned projects, then establish, implement, and monitor leasing goals to meet required occupancy rate and budget.
Create and control leasing strategies and workflows as per the Commission and Leasing Manager’s direction together with training and managing Leasing staff to catch up with workload smoothly and enhance staff’s capability.
Instruct, monitor, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
Maintain good relationships with key account tenants and ensured that all their requests are handled promptly and professionally; involved in leasing work for difficult vacant lots or important tenants.
Well, coordinate and communicate with related sections and departments to support timely for required tasks and solve problems when necessary.
Manage Leasing database, and periodical reports, analyze Leasing’s business, competitors, and retail market... and make proposals to the Commission and Leasing Manager for mall improvement and development.
Other tasks are assigned by the Commission and Leasing Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in any field
3 years of working experience in the Commercial Leasing/ Retail field is required, with 2-3 years in a similar position being a plus
Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English
Proficient computer skill
Be good at leadership and coping with high workload.
