Advising international and Vietnamese clients on foreign investment, M&A, corporate, banking, finance, real estate, and project deals;
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents
Conducting research and analysis of information/legal documents;
Representing clients to work with related parties and competent authorities.
Managing client expectations and project delivery appropriately. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, as well as external legal advisors and the legal community.
Proactively identify potential M&A opportunities through various channels, including market research, industry events, and networking
Successful candidates will be expected to identify and understand clients’ commercial objectives and legal needs, apply legal expertise and knowledge to client situations.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
5 to 7 years of experience in legal practice.
Legal practicing certificate is a must;
Strong verbal and written skills in Vietnamese and English;
Teamwork spirit is a must;
Strong communication skills;
Enthusiasm and energy at work;
Ability to work under high pressure working environment;
Good command of computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office, especially in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to multi-task; strong analytical and problem solving skills; strong leadership skills.
Demonstrated understanding of business and industry dynamics.
Cultural sensitivity and ability to navigate cross-cultural interactions.
Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
