1. Investment Application - to conduct with all kinds of investment application tasks on an asneed basis. including application dossier drafting, internal and external communication, prepare presentation to gov. officers, regulation and practical experiences clarifications, etc.

2. Legal Consulting - to deal with consulting cases in respect to business operation commissioned by other department (legal research, case analysis and legal opinion drafting).

5. Legal Compliance - to conduct the corporate legal compliance works, provide in-house training courses. tracking and study on corp. operating related regulations, compliance assessment and on-site inspections, and non-compliance improvement tracking.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Obtained lawyer license - a requisite condition.
More than 3 years of working experience.
Proficiency in English, Mandarin will be a plus.
Foreign-invested company work experience.
Experience in handling investment cases and communicate with government officers.
Experience in in-house legal works.
