Legal Specialist

Reviewing and drafting legal documents: contracts, agreements, MOUs, dispatches relating to company/member companies abroad operation.

Researching for laws and regulations applicable to the business and investment on requested matters.

Participate in handling issues that arise in the operations of the company/member companies abroad such as commercial, IP, investment, export,...

Participate in solving problems with state agencies. Detecting and advising on legal risks to the operation of the company.

Implementing procedures for business registration, licensing investment, IP license and others for projects when required.

Preserves legal: Handling document record, arrangement and storage.

Other legal tasks when assigned by BOD.

Bachelor’s degree in law faculty.

At least 1 years experience in commercial and corporate laws or cosmetics field.

Experience in manufacture company, compliance field is an advantage.

Fluency in both oral and written English

Skill on to research and raise conclusions from legal regulations.

Able to work under pressure, pro-active, positive in work
