We are looking for a Sales Manager to manage and develop FOB customers, and to explore the needs of customers for materials import into Vietnam and goods export to other buyers.
Sales:
- To approach FOB customers and sales leads provide from Headquarter, Regional Offices, Overseas Branches.
- To explore more business opportunities, including materials import to Vietnam and goods export from Vietnam to other consignees (buyers) at destinations.
- To develop the Vietnam markets, C&F, FOB and LDP, provide logistics solutions at destinations of USA, including warehousing and trucking services.
- Develop and manage project shipments and project investments.
- Logistics solutions include all modes of transportations (Sea, Air, Train & Road), warehousing and trucking services.
- Contract management – Customers.
- Tender management.
- Quotation to customers, and overseas agents.
- Weekly marketing report.
- Monthly analysis report – customers.
- Statistics and analysis preparation
Job Description:
· Maintain assigned accounts and provide ongoing customer support.
· Develop and implement sales strategies around the provision of logistical services.
· Identify and contact prospective customers to promote logistical services and negotiate contracts.
· Integrate suitable technology solutions to optimize logistical services and communication channels.
· Evaluate business processes, assess risks, and recommend improvements to achieve sales targets.
· Address customer concerns and find innovative solutions for complex logistical challenges.
· Assess customer needs and determine suitable modes of transportation that align with cost and timeframe expectations.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize logistical services, arrange shipment and transportation details.
· Develop and maintain an effective carrier network and excellent customer relationships.
· Oversee the sales team, and the document process.
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar preferred.
· Previous experience in sales for Shipping line, Forwarder will be advantageous.
· Good experience in Customer Service is considerable
· At least two years' experience as a logistics account executive, or similar.
· Good experience would consider a senior level
· Proficiency in Shipping & logistics management.
· Great interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Superb organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent leadership and collaboration capabilities.
