Planning for syrup, waste and water treatment preparation to supply for manufacturing
Investigating and solving the problems/breakdowns which caused by process, equipment
Planning for maintenance, cleaning & sanitizing equipment as procedures/SOPs approved
Coordinate with Manufacturing team about CIP, start-up which is based on production plan
Inform Manufacturing team to shutdown lines when Syrup runs out to change over
All Syrup is strictly complied the Master Mixing Instruction (MIM) of Group
Coordinate with Engineering team to maintain equipment when issue/problem happens
2. Utilize the usage of material cost (Sweetened yield, Concentrated yield) 3. Complinace:
Fully compliance to KORE and local requirement
Maintain working environment as GMP standard
Fully compliance for updating records/reporting
4. People Development Plan:
Develop staffs through internal programs such as: OE improvement skill, SCFX, Quality at source,
Monitor staff’s performance and give the feedback and coaching for staff career development
Other tasks are assigned by Direct Line Manager

At least 02 working years of experience in management position and working in production/processing of FMCG industry and knowledge of technical fields (engineering, food processing and environment etc.)
Graduated in food technology, environment
Techical skills (food processing technology, waste water treatment technonoly , basic skills on mecahnical & electriction, …)
