Core Responsibilities:
Maintenance Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining and improving the business intelligence tools and performance management infrastructure in the maintenance module to support daily operations and continuous improvement.
• Create, maintain and improve visual/analysis reports according to department needs.
• Collecting and analyzing maintenance-related data, extracting necessary information, and displaying it in reports.
• Through the analysis of the maintenance data to support maintenance strategy development, i.e. predicting the maintenance needs (cost, services) through the historical maintenance data.
• Responsible for tracking of MRO spare parts cost in maintenance budget, explore improvement opportunity through benchmark of maintenance cost across sites.
• Compile MRO and maintenance MRO consumption data, to provide analysis report to the MRO team for necessary actions accordingly.
• Drive digitalization of daily shopfloor performance management (KPI, report, huddle, TIP, etc.), support the team to optimize processes with digital tools to improve work efficiency.
• Collaborate with peers within department and global maintenance groups to use maintenance data for analysis and improvement.
• Perform other tasks requested by direct leader.

Maintenance Data Analyst is part of Packing team and is responsible for maintaining and improving the business intelligence tools and performance management infrastructure in the production module to support daily operations and continuous improvement.
Do you have what it takes?
• Very experienced Microsoft Office (MS) user. Able to develop tools in MS Access, has SAP basic knowledge. Able to develop reports
• Has strong background in the area of business analysis and reporting, KPIs and manufacturing performance management.
• Minimum 2 years experience in creation and maintenance of databases and reports.
• Leads one-self, motivates and capable to convince and influence the people around him/her. Demonstrates strong argumentation skills.
• Communication skills required to build relationships, foster strong collaboration.
• Good verbal and written English
