YOUR JOB:

This position will be responsible for maintaining building system and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedule, restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty, or inoperative components and parts, as well as controlling the profit and loss of maintenance activities

• Manage the maintenance team to do the good maintenance service to satisfy the production’s requirement for smooth production activity.
• Ensure all machineries and equipment are in good condition and ready to be put into production
• Make schedule and carry on repairing, doing corrective, preventive maintenance of machines which ensures the minimum down time for production.
• Plan & coordinate maintenance downtime with production requirements to maximize equipment availability
• Maintain facilities in a first class condition through housekeeping, 5S.
• Take initiatives in modifying, fabricating machine so as to facilitate production needs.
• Make proposals to improve machines’ performance.
• To supervise maintenance workers & ensure tasks are completed safely and in accordance with company regulations.
• Training, guiding and motivating staff to carry out their work in a timely and efficient manner.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• University graduated degree in Technical Engineering (Electricity);
• Can be able to read English machine document and make check sheet to carry out weekly and monthly check in terms of preventive maintenance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point).
• 5-year-experience in maintenance department of manufacturing environment,
• Has adequate knowledge and skills set to repair/ maintain machines work well
• Good at leadership, strong communication skills and able to communicate with all levels in the plant.
