Maintenance Manager

- Supervise maintenance operation in factory. Oversee all repair and new installation work activities. Work with contractor and service provider.

- Perform daily facility walk through inspection. Check machine and equipment operational parameters; system functionality and reliability to ensure continuous operation

- Controlling machine breakdown and MTTR-MTBF

- Training, coaching and direction to shift technicians to improve familiarity of equipment operation and maintenance

- Respond to production shop floor emergency; identify issue, root cause failure, analysis, corrective measure, and parts replacement. Focus on safe, efficient, and reliable procedure. Record activity logs and update machine history.

- Check spare part inventory, record usage and advice availability to ensure minimum stock level.

- Coordinate with machine manufacturer for technical support and improve

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher level in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering or related fields.

Experience:

Experience of polymer processing machines like- Extruders, Kneader, Mill, Oven, Lamination machines, with utilities like chiller, Compressors is preferable

Well experience Installation and commissioning of the green field project machines

Soft skill:

Good management skills such as leadership skills, people management skills, coaching skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, etc.

Good English communication skills.
