Key Responsibilities
Work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Location: District 1, HCM Oversee the performance of the sales team, liaise with overseas Barsan offices, and manage customer relationships. Drive sales growth in the ocean freight market by enhancing the company's sales capacity. Strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners. Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with potential clients. Arrange and participate in customer meetings and industry events to promote the company's services. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align strategies and achieve objectives. Prepare and submit weekly sales performance reports.

Requirements
5-12 years of experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, with a focus on sales and business development. Proven success in managing P&L and achieving revenue targets within the USA trade lane. In-depth knowledge of ocean freight products and operations. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Extensive network of customers and vendors, particularly in the US/Canada trade lane. What We Offer
