1. Main tasks:
Participate inthemarketing activity of the company:
* Data Collection and Competitive Analysis: Develop and implement a company-wideprocess for ongoing collection and reporting of competitive data. This includes monitoringcompetitors’ activities across all operational regions (Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, &Cambodia) and synthesizing this information into actionable insights to inform strategicdecisions.
* Internal Research and Analysis:
- Production Analysis:Conduct regular analysis of production metrics and reportsextracted from our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to gaugeperformance, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
- Client Behavior Analysis:Perform seasonal analysis of client behaviors, examiningvariations in requests and preferences during high and low travel seasons to bettertailor marketing strategies and product offerings.
* External Market Research:
- Use tools like Statista to conduct thorough research on travel and tourism producttrends, market dynamics, and consumer preferences. Provide comprehensive reportsto guide the development of new products and the adjustment of existing offerings.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team and Brand Managers to ensure thatinsights from external market research are integrated into marketing campaigns andproduct development
* Internal Coordination and Reporting:
- Work closely with theDirectorof Marketing to design and execute 2-3 specificresearch studies per year
- Regularlysurvey the needs, expectations andevaluations of Easia teams with regardto marketing tools and platforms in coordination with Head of Marketing, DigitalMarketing Team and Brand Managers

- Excellent English communication skills

- Confident in delivering training to Vietnamese and foreign staff
- Good communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Must enjoy a structured working environment
- Must be able to work autonomously, yet as partof a larger team
- Experience: 2 years’ experience in Tourism Industry(Hotels/Hospitality, DMCs, TAs) Or 2 years’ experience in Marketing / Market Intelligence
- Good communication skills
- Strong computer skills(Excel,Word,Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills andstrong decision making skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Self-motivated to learn newconcepts and participatein new projects
- Knowledge of data processing(PC andMicrosoftSoftware)
2. Education
University: Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in a related field
3. Experiences
At least one year of experience in a similar position
