Job Purpose:

We are looking for a versatile Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in international retail fashion marketing, with a strong focus on the North American (especially the US) and European markets. This role will be responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives targeted specifically at the retail sector.

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote fashion accessory products in the North American (especially the US) and European retail markets.
Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and SEO/SEM, to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media, design, product development, and sales, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, retail, and fashion industries.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
At least 2 years experience in marketing within the retail fashion industry, with a focus on international markets.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, with a strong emphasis on retail.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
