The Marketing Officer supports and executes tasks and projects in all area of Heritage Line’s marketing. He or She has the overview of all activities and holds the strings and coordinates between all stakeholders involved.
This person handles assigned tasks and projects ensuring timely execution, quality and corporate design standards are followed and kept.
Main tasks include the organization, planning, implementation, handling, administration, documentation, monitoring and measuring of various marketing activities on and offline for the sales and marketing of the company with various segments to it.
The marketing officer scope involves for example the planning and roll out of marketing campaigns; the development of sales and marketing collaterals, promotions, presentations; the controlling of social media and online marketing channels, website management and the planning and organization of PR, photo shootings or other events – on own assignment or in cooperation with internal or external parties.
· Handling (with full or shared responsibility) of on- and offline marketing activities required based on the sales and marketing calendar on a periodic and adhoc basis (weekly, monthly, annually). This includes in particular monthly newsletters, segmented EDMs and social media exposure
· Be part of the editorial team to develop and contribute content ideas for web, newsletter and social channels
· Monitor, create and update website content, social media content, monthly newsletter contents, EDM planning, database management and other e-based marketing tools and instruments liaising between internal and external stakeholders involved in Heritage Line’s whole marketing spectrum to ensure a seamless administration and controlling of all marketing activities
· Organize campaigns, event, exhibitions and other projects
· Create agreements and contracts related to marketing activities with any partner
· Prepare administrative documents, be in charge of recording key data and create reports needed to measure marketing activities and results
· Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition
