• Develop and maintain relationships with other departments to smoothly proceed related document
• Consolidate and follow up payables of weekly cash flow.
• Timesheet
• Contract following & processing with related departments
• Red invoice delivery & payment date management with partners
• Paper work preparation & delivery (stamp/address writing) as marketing requirement
• Paperwork (Copy/Notarized) with Legal
