Develop a country strategy that leverages the international brand positioning while catering to the specific needs and priorities of the target market. This will contribute to the continued growth of the brand and foster a strong relationship with local consumers.
Define the strategic orientations and the 3-year marketing plan for the category, monitor the portfolio (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue). This will ensure our brand remains competitive, adapts to market changes, and achieves sustainable growth.
Implement new launches with a focus on intense consumer engagement, leveraging a localized marketing mix (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and creating memorable brand experiences through brand events, store activations, and strategic partnership.
Mobilise and collaborate with other departments (retail, merchadise, education, etc. ) and global team to build broader business strategy.
Monitor the local adaptation of communication materials (imagery, digital, point of sale)
Make recommendations to management on the category based on one’s expertise of the consumer, market and competitors.
Own the brand patrimony, guarantee the brand identity: ensure that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand.
Monitor the retail marketing strategy working hand-in-hand with the retail team, store manager and education/training team and monitor the proper implementation of retail materials (services, advice, etc.).
Build, develop and manage a strong and talented team, train them and develop their expertise and know-how.

At least 2 years of experience in brand/ marketing experiences at equivalent roles required in luxury retail industry
