Key responsibilities
1. Data Management and Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data management strategy to ensure that all digital marketing efforts are data-driven.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various digital channels to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies.
- Maintain and enhance customer data platforms (CDP) to improve customer segmentation and targeting.
2. Analytics and Reporting:
- Set up and manage analytics tools to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns, website traffic, and user behaviour.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign performance, and ROI to inform decision-making.
- Use predictive analytics to forecast trends, customer behaviors, and market changes.
3. Marketing Technology Integration:
- Manage the integration and optimization of marketing technologies (MarTech) to streamline marketing processes.
- Work closely with IT and development teams to implement and optimize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other digital marketing technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend new MarTech tools and platforms that align with business goals and enhance marketing capabilities.
4. E-commerce and Livestreaming Optimization:
- Analyse and optimize e-commerce platforms to improve user experience, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Utilize data to enhance live-streaming sessions, providing insights into viewer behavior and engagement to improve future events.
- Work with content creators and marketing teams to ensure that live-streaming content is aligned with marketing objectives and resonates with the target audience.
5. Customer Journey Mapping and Personalization:
- Develop and maintain detailed customer journey maps to understand touchpoints and improve customer experiences.
- Implement personalization strategies across digital channels based on customer data and behaviour to increase engagement and conversion.
- Monitor and optimize customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs using data insights.
6. A/B Testing and Experimentation:
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns, website elements, and customer journeys.
- Analyse test results to draw actionable conclusions and implement improvements.
- Develop a culture of continuous experimentation and optimization within the digital marketing team.
7. Compliance and Data Privacy:
- Ensure that all data collection, storage, and usage comply with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Implement best practices for data security and privacy, safeguarding customer information and maintaining trust.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce platforms and live-streaming.
- Proven experience in managing data analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar.
- Familiarity with live-streaming technologies and platforms (e.g., Facebook Live, YouTube Live).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in data management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
