JOB SUMMARY
- Be responsibility for building new fixture/machine for new model project.
- Be responsible for transferring new fixture/machine for new project from PRC to VN.
- Be responsible for improving the fixture/Machine to support production efficiency and quality.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- New Fixture/Machine transfer from CN to VN for New Model
- New project Jig and fixture make
- New Project follow up the Timeline, Escalate and giving the solution when issue happen
- Running EB/PP/1st MP and solving PSR with PIE(IE)/NPI/QE/PRO to launch new product to production
- New project Process design with IE, NPI, QE
- Project document and handover to Maintenance team (COM, Machine release, Fixture/Machine list…)
- Support PE/Maintenance team for analysis/investigate the failure/troubleshooting.
- Running CIP (Continues improvement process) project and follow up
- New Project Efficiency

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education
- University, Major in Electric-Electronic, Mechatronic, Automation, Electrical related.
Experience:
- At least 3 years working experience in electronics/electrical field, experience in automatic machine or battery production line is an advance.
Knowledge
- Fluent in WORD / EXCEL software and working knowledge.
- Be able to program PLC, C, C#, C++ is a plus.
Functional Skills
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a teamwork.
- Quick adapt the company culture.
- Listening Skill is a must.
