Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor Remote Work.

• Responsible for all preparation of base quantities for tender M&E drawings
• Responsible for all preparation of tender estimation and costing.
• Call for suppliers' and subcontractors' quotations with reference to Consultant's specifications.
• Preparation of tender document submission.
• Attending online tender meetings if required.
• Perform and maintain proper documentation.

This position will work remote from Viet Nam for project in Singapore

• Diploma/Degree or above holder in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering related subjects preferably with experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint is a must preferably able to use Autocad and other software to aid in picking up base quantities.
• Working days are 5.5 days, overtime may be necessary subject to tender submission schedule.
• Self-motivated, responsible, enthusiastic and willing to work hard and under pressure.
• Experience with MEP building industry is highly preferred.
