Involve in the development and qualification of new products or components as part of NPI/NPD team

• Follow up the development/improvement of powertools from initiation till mass prodution.
• Colaborate with cross functional teams to test and validate products, components. Interact with suppliers to develop components that meet performance requirements and ensure on time delivery.
• Invovle in failure analysis activities, colaborate with expert teams, quality, and suppliers for solution/improvement and follow up the implementation.
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation and test data.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience: Fresh graduates or 1 year experience in related fields
• Language: Good command in English
• Functional Skills:

Knowledge of GD&T and CAD software (e.g., NX, Catia, AutoCAD).

Familiar with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and PLM (Teamcenter, Winchill).

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
