You will represent our medical brands for the medical channel (hospitals, clinics and some pharmacies) in the assigned area.
Frequent field visits with the team to ensure the respect of the company and brand strategy. Plus give advice to improve the customer visit (coaching)
In charge of the future of the company by looking for new customers and investigating for market potential in provinces (frequent business trips in provinces)
Scope of Responsibilities
Management
Supervise the medical team in the planning of the visits (check visit plans, report and make sure that the database is updated, follow the sales report)
Ensure that the team has a high level of knowledge of our products
Opening new accounts with the medical team to find new customers
Coordinate with the medical team the organization of the medical event (scientific workshop, lunch, conference…)
Support medical team to resolve the issue on the field (doctors’ requests, complaints, etc.)
Reporting
Provide to managers with the information collected on the field about, competitors, and markets.
Report to managers about the customers visited and the activities on the fields
Report about the sales performances
KOL
Meet and build a good relationship with KOL
Make partnership programs with KOL in order to develop our brand
Organize events with KOL as conferences, workshops
Visit new KOL and make them loyal to the brand
Experience in Beauty/Cosmetics industries Is a plus.
Education : Medicine or Pharmacy Bachelor degree. (a must)
At least 2 years of experience in the same position in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic business (Sales) (a must)
Negotiation, communication, selling, team management, planning, and timing management skills.
Flexible, hard-working, work pressure, Medical channel insight.
English : Intermediate (a must)
