1. Build up the standardization by business model, selling floor of each Line
- Analyze current processes, conduct thorough assessments of existing retail business models and selling floor operations to identify areas for improvement and standardization.
- Basing on data analysis of sales, selling floor efficiency, visualize the Floor Strategy (standardization) by numberically.
- Propose MD plan of selling floor, which should be emphasized, expanded, focused basing on trends
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of standardized procedures, gathering feedback from OP and customers to identify areas for further refinement and improvement.
- Improve sales, profit efficiency and productivity of Total company.
2. Review current business result, research and catch up new trend of customers, competitors and oversea market… and propose new trend selling floor, assortment, products…
- Research, analyze and evaluate the market to identify customer’s needs and product/range opportunities to propose to MD
- Review and check the current situation (assortment, pricing, layout...) of GMS/SSS/SMPT business, find out the issues and propose the countermeasure
- Try to catch up the latest trend such as high-tech, basing on CDT and the changing of 4P, frequently update the new trend, new assortment, make the proposal how to apply into our business.
3. Coordinate between MD and related departments
- Develop Standardized Procedures: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create standardized procedures for various aspects of selling floor operations, including product placement, merchandising, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Coordinate between MD and OP, MD and ID/Construction, well translate the MD plan of selling floor to ID/Construction to make it become true, and follow up to support OP to execute the Plan promptly
- Ensure MD are effectively resourced, directed, motivated and developed, enabling them to reach their full potential for both individual and Company/Department benefit.
- Ensure team members are kept abreast of current merchandising related issues both at departmental and Company level through effective means of communication.
- Drive and develop team’s performance through training and mentorship with a view to optimizing output and achievement of objectives whilst effectively managing performance issues.
