Follow up POs with factory ( input, check, validate the orders on system )
Receive buyer’s comments / email daily and communicate to factory
To assist manager/merchandiser in controlling sample development / production schedule, QA schedule, quality issue with factory.
Sourcing new vendors / negotiate for best deal

University degree in English study or related major.
Indoor or outdoor Furniture or Home Decor industry knowledge is a plus
Fluency in English Skills (written and verbal communication) . TOEIC score of least 700.
At least 3 years of working experiences in merchandising, product development, manufacturing
Ability to use Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Team working, careful & well organized.
