Mô tả Công việc

1. Product Strategy and Roadmap:

▸ Define the mobile product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with the company’s goals.

▸ Set clear objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for the mobile product to drive growth and engagement.

▸ Prioritize features, enhancements, and new product development based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis.

2. Cross-functional Collaboration:

▸ Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and QA teams to deliver a seamless mobile experience.

▸ Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications.

▸ Collaborate with user experience (UX) designers to ensure a mobile-first, intuitive, and user-friendly interface.

3. User Research and Analysis:

▸ Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for mobile product improvements.

▸ Leverage data analytics to monitor user behavior, track feature performance, and guide data-driven decisions.

▸ Collect and analyze feedback through customer surveys, app reviews, and usability testing.

4. Project Management:

▸ Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to release, ensuring deadlines are met and within scope.

▸ Work in agile development frameworks (e.g., Scrum) to manage sprint planning, backlogs, and feature releases.

▸ Regularly communicate progress to stakeholders and address any issues or blockers during development.

5. Market and Competitive Analysis:

▸ Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies, app trends, and market competitors.

▸ Identify new opportunities for innovation, features, and improvements that set the product apart from competitors.

6. Product Launch and Post-Release:

▸ Develop go-to-market strategies, including app store optimization (ASO) and launch campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams.

▸ Monitor post-launch performance and gather data on user adoption, satisfaction, and retention to make informed decisions for future updates.

▸ Manage the app lifecycle, including updates, bug fixes, and ongoing improvements based on user feedback.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Degree/Certificate Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in business, computer science, or a related field

2. Experience/Knowledge Requirements

Professional knowledge

•     Deep understanding of product management, including modern product development methods and tools

•     Detailed knowledge of Mobile technology and tools from a business perspective

Experience

•     Over 3 years in product management, specifically with mobile products

3. Ability and skill requirements

Skills

•     Technical Skills : Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS and Android), app development processes, and mobile analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics)

•     Project Management : Experience with agile methodologies, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

•     Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and present to stakeholders

Abilities

•     Withstand high pressure at work

•     Have good vision, analysis and forecasting ability

•     Have good judgment and commenting ability
