Modern Trade Manager to promote well-known brands such Oakside milk, Heinz condiments, sauces and baby food products , Nonya Empire snacks, St. Dalfour fruit jams, Tim Tams biscuits and many more brands and products into supermarkets and Mums & Kids channels.
· Develops effective sales strategies and plans to promote products in the modern trade sector
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
· Setting and meeting sales targets, monitoring progress, and taking necessary actions to ensure targets are achieved
· Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, competition, and consumer behaviour in the modern trade sector
· Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to secure profitable business deals
· Leading and managing a sales team responsible for the modern trade sector, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
· Generating regular sales reports, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to management for decision-making
· Identifying and capitalizing on potential growth opportunities within the modern trade sector, such as new product launches or market.
· Degree in business administration and marketing or relate field
· 5 years' experience of Key Account, Modern Trade Sales Manager in fast moving consumer goods
· Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
· Must possess self-drive and is sales and results driven
· Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
