Mô tả Công việc

I. Development and compliance

  1. Develop new company website, company intranet and other system
  2. Develop and implement IT policy and best practive guides for the organization
  3. Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
  4. Execute and manage change for continuous improvements (time, cost and quality)

II. Managed services support

  1. Contact vendors and procure IT software, hardware, network
  2. Work with Head-quarter IT department, discuss and implement the IT solution
  3. Work with users to improve on generation of reports, automate if possible
  4. Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permission
  5. Set up new destop/laptop; install and configure hardware, software; provide hardware/software user manual and individual training for staff
  6. Troubleshooting and manage destop/laptop, and other IT equipments such as photo-copier, printer, telephone, etc.

III. Network/server & voice support

IV. Service management

  1. Run regular checks on network and data security
  2. Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update softwate and system
  3. Support IT audit as per request from Head-quarter
  4. Run and share regular operation system report with Management
  5. Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migration and outages
  6. Monthly reporting (Number of call, Number of incidents)
  7. Prepare user-friendly procedure manual, IT security manual
  8. Record server and network information, maintainance and vendor contact information
  9. Maintain software and IT related licenses, track the equipment warranties and service renewal before expiry.

Job Requirement:

  • Educational back-ground:
  • Good communication skill
  • Good at English (writing and speaking)
  • Good work ethics and capacity to learn and adapt
  • Age : 26-30 years old
  • Preferred Language: English
