As an Online Sales Representative for our fences and gates division, you will be the frontline contact for customers navigating our product offerings. You will utilize your expertise in fencing, gate and handrail products and customer service skills to help customers make informed purchasing decisions, address their questions and concerns, and facilitate a seamless sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Support:
Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their specific needs and requirements.
Explain product features, benefits, installation procedures, and maintenance tips.
Sales and Consultation:
Guide potential customers through the sales process, including product selection, quote generation, and transaction completion.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize order value and enhance customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and goals as set by the sales department.
Order Management:
Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in order entry and coordination with logistics for timely delivery.
Handle order modifications, cancellations, and post-order customer service.
Technical Support:
Provide advice on installation and troubleshooting post-installation issues.
Assist customers with technical queries to ensure product compatibility and regulatory compliance.
Customer Feedback and Follow-Up:
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases.
Gather customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.
Encourage repeat business and referrals through excellent service and relationship building.

Educational Background: High school diploma required; a degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the fencing or home improvement industry.
Skills:

Proficiency with CRM software and data entry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
