C&B :

• Calcuate salary, PIT
• Social Insurance
• Manage labor contract
• Setting up policies, ILR, regulations, payroll, benefit, compensation, salary scale system, labor disciplinary procedure & related forms.
• Evalute job grade as job description.
• Annual performance review and Promotion program.
• HR report ( Salary, labor report).

Recruitment :

• Ensure compliance with a clear and transparent recruitment process
• (Receive the request, post job, arrange interview, send email invitation & email of the result, make offer letter).
• Screening and archiving candidate profile.
• Interview worker & 1st round(office staff).
• Control turnover rate, understand the cause and how to fix it.
• Participate in Campus Recruitment & Job Fair.

HR Admin :

• Maintain Korean language learning program.
• Organizing company party, events.
• Implement a plan to help the community.
• Do other job from Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• At least 2 years experience as a HR Officer
• Excellence knowledge of HLabor Law, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax Law.
• Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for HR job.
• Dependable with a respect to confidentiality;
• Meticulous attention to details
• High responsible.
• Female
• Age : 22-28
• Language : English or Korean
• Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor in human resources, business administration, or related field is preferred.
• Working time: Monday - Friday, and 2 Saturday
• Shuttle bus: from HCM to Nhon Trach

Salary: Cạnh tranh

Location (maximum 3 areas):  KCN Nhơn Trạch 6, xã Long Thọ, huyện Nhơn Trạch, tỉnh Đồng Nai
