Mô tả Công việc

• Thực hiện công việc theo phân công của Trưởng/Phó Bộ phận Pháp chế.
  Perform tasks as assigned by the Head/Deputy Head of the Legal Department.

• Tư vấn pháp luật cho các đơn vị nội bộ của PTF theo phạm vi công việc được phân công
  Provide legal consultation to PTF's internal units within the assigned scope of work.

• Thẩm định tính pháp lý của các hợp đồng, thỏa thuận, cam kết của PTF với các đối tác và các văn bản nội bộ của PTF
  Assess the legal validity of PTF's contracts, agreements, commitments with partners, and internal documents.

• Tư vấn giải quyết khiếu nại, tranh chấp; đại diện theo ủy quyền (nếu có, theo vụ việc) tham gia giải quyết tranh chấp, không bao gồm các việc liên quan đến thu hồi nợ.
  Provide consultation on complaint and dispute resolution; act as an authorized representative (if applicable, on a case-by-case basis) in dispute resolution, excluding matters related to debt collection.

• Nghiên cứu, tổng hợp và cập nhật các văn bản pháp luật, chuẩn bị bản tin pháp luật theo phân công của Trưởng/Phó Bộ phận Pháp chế.
  Research, compile, and update legal documents; prepare legal bulletins as assigned by the Head/Deputy Head of the Legal Division.

• Tham gia góp ý xây dựng văn bản quy phạm pháp luật và tổng hợp ý kiến các Đơn vị nội bộ để góp ý hoàn thiện văn bản pháp luật phù hợp với tình hình hoạt động của PTF.
  Participate in providing feedback on the development of legal normative documents and compile opinions from internal units to contribute to the improvement of legal documents in alignment with PTF's operations.

• Đầu mối soạn thảo, tổng hợp các nội dung báo cáo, công văn phúc đáp gửi Cơ quan Nhà nước có thẩm quyền theo phân công.
  Serve as the focal point for drafting and compiling reports and official response letters to competent State authorities as assigned.

• Thực hiện các công việc khác do cấp trên giao.
  Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Tốt nghiệp đại học luật hoặc khoa luật các trường đại học tại Việt Nam/Quốc tế.
  Graduated with a bachelor's degree in law or from the law faculty of universities in Vietnam or internationally. 
  Ưu tiên Đại học Luật Hà Nội và Khoa Luật Đại học Quốc gia
  Priority is given to graduates from Hanoi Law University and the Law Faculty of Vietnam National University.
• Có tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực pháp chế tại ngân hàng, công ty tài chính hoặc văn phòng luật
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal field at a bank, financial company, or law firm.
• Có khả năng hiểu & giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt
  Ability to understand and communicate well in English.
