1. Communicate with customers, carriers, overseas network & related parties to ensure all shipments are expedited timely & properly in compliance with customer’s requirements handling instructions, provided SOP.
2. Timely follow up and properly complete all daily operations, in line with work instructions such as Booking arrangement, Documentation issuance, Billing, Data updated into system.
3. Immediately keep related parties informed if there is any change of operation process.
4. Ensure all files are recorded as per standard requirements of Master Filing Record.
5. Ensure outstanding matters / problems to be reported and strictly followed up until cleared.
6. Understand KPI target, policies and regulations of all company & departments as well as ensure to be complying and strictly follow up.
7. Handle other tasks, assigned by Direct Report.
· At least 2-3 years working experiences in Forwarding companies
· Have experiences to operate sea freight / trucking business
· Major in Transpacific Trade Lane.
· Be good at reading & written in English, Chinese is an advantage
· Ability to work independent and teamwork
· Being careful, attention to detail, hardworking, enthusiasm, initiative in work, perseverance, determination to complete tasks.
· Ability to work under high pressure and multitask required.
· Know how to handle situations flexibly and soft in the process of communication and working with customers.
