• Purchase Ordering: Place orders with suppliers based on material requirements, follow up on delivery schedules, track and resolve installation issues to ensure timely material delivery and
store openings.
• Cost Management: Handle daily replenishment and adjustments, manage quotations and costs.
• Inventory Management: Establish effective inventory management, conduct inventory reviews, and plan and arrange inventory usage.
• Supplier Management: Effectively manage suppliers, including improvements and exits, execution of contract terms, renewals, and additional agreements.
• Data Control: Analyze procurement cost data for cost control.
• Assist in completing internal and external departmental tasks and other tasks assigned by superiors..
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 2-3 years of experience in supply chain procurement and supplier management, preferably with material module experience.
• Proficient in Office software, familiar with common functions/formulas and data tools, ERP management systems, etc.
• Possess a certain degree of data sensitivity for data control and analysis. Have good communication and negotiation skills, with experience in contract price negotiations being a plus.
• Have a sense of service, responsibility, and the ability to handle pressure.
• Strong goal orientation and the ability to break down and execute tasks to achieve goals..
• Outgoing, communicative, and fluent in English are preferred
