Mô tả Công việc

  1. Allocate appropriate sales targets and assign sales representatives to each area, channel, and key account in the assigned territory.

  2. Follow up on the performance of each sales representative in the region, conduct double visits, and provide periodic coaching to enhance their performance.

  3. Conduct regular field operational sales audits to identify areas where salesmen are facing difficulties so that these issues can be addressed.

  4. Analyze distributors' performance and make proposals for improvements.

  5. Direct the flow of information for sales activities and transactions (leads, billings, orders, contracts) and evaluate data to ensure territory goals are met.

  6. Develop and regularly update promotion programs in coordination with Trade Marketing/Marketing and Sales merchandising guidelines for both new and existing products.

  7. Collect data from the sales team, including customer feedback, current market trends, and competition evolution, and quickly transmit this information to the relevant function for reacting to changing market conditions and customer demand.

  8. Prepare reports and itineraries monthly, quarterly, and yearly as requested.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Sales, or Marketing.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Coaching and training skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership qualities.
  • Effective territory management skills.
