Receiving the price requirement from Developer, Sample order, Sales or any related departments and double check information to make sure that the information is correct for calculating
Working with technical team to get the detail of each specs
Working and negotiating the best price with logo supplier
Working with purchasing team about fabric price
Working and negotiation with subcontractor (leather lamination, 3D lamination, perforations…)
Checking BOM and providing the processing fee to subcontractors
Key all price information from price requirement into ERP system
Checking, collecting all information relating to costing calculation and sending to Costing China for calculating
Exchanging and working with Costing China to release the formal quotation.
Explaining and handling all questions about the pricing to customer and all related department.
