Build and develop a partner ecosystem in line with the Private segment (corporations distribute high-end resort & real estate, companies providing products/services to the upper class...). Responsible for partner quality, maximizing potential customers from partners.
Connect and build coordination processes with domestic and foreign partners to provide concierge & bespokes services for the Private customer segment (i.e. lifestyle concierge, health care concierge, education, luxury fashion brand name, luxury cars, private jet, yatch, residence and citizenship, art, tax consulting, financial and estate planning, other bespokes services)
Collaborate with partners to develop program/campaign regulations & processes dedicated to Private banking service and Private customers
Develop bespoke CVP and program offerings for Private banking partner’s customer.
Interface with product teams for product and feature enhancement suiting to partner of Private segment.
Interface with Retail Marketing/Marcom for promotion of partnership program to VPB client & VPBank internal.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Trình độ Học vấn/ Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in banking and finance, business, hospitality.
2. Các Kinh nghiệm liên quan/ Relevant Experience
At least 6 years’ experience in banking, in the areas of Affluent and/or Private segment
Experience working in the fields of selling products and services for the HNW and UHNW segment is an advantage
3. Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn có liên Quan/ Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
Extensive experience in Relationship Management and Affluent and/or Private Banking business
Deep knowledge and understanding of Affluent Sales
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with a good understanding of how economic events impact global markets; business fields and partners provided bespokes services to HNWIs/UHNWIs
