- Establish and maintain good working relationship with key partners (ecommerce, delivery, payment partner)
- Know the details and drivers of assigned partners and responsible for the partner’s growth
- Understand data to provide insights partners regarding sales performance and operational improvement
- Assist on troubleshooting problems and providing actionable solutions to potential issues
- Report on partner’s growth weekly and monthly
- Identify new opportunity of sales and make proposal on Sales Plan
- Collaborate with internal team (MKT/Ops/MD/Design/IT/CS/Store) to ensure daily operation & campaign execution with Partners Support any related tasks (Contracts, Process & Guideline...)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study.
- Seniority: Two years of relevant experience in E-Commerce (FMCG prefer)
- Language: English
- Office skills: Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Attitude: Good
