Responsible for managing store daily operation in area to hit the financial target and profitability, Ensure FSCE (Food Service Cleanliness Environment) meets customer's satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities:
Reach area business financial target and profitability
To plan /manage/ be accountable for each SMs in area to reach the business target (Revenue, ADS, AC, TC), reveiw and improve the business performance weekly and monthly
To implement operations plan/strategy to SM/ASM and control store operations job detail in order to gain: ADS, TC, AC daily, weekly, monthly as target.
Coordinate with Marketing team, for LCM or activites to increase TC, AC, regularly review the result and actively give recommandation base on area each store profile.
Control and optimize COL, COGs, CC (controlable cost) and other costs for stores in area's in charge
Consistantly focus on 2 important factor: FSCE (TC), Cashier AC -up sale skill (AC) performance to improve daily sales ( ADS)
Operation / Customer service
Ensure FSCE to be maintained and consistent in store assigned
Esure all stores assigned adhere to standard operating procedures
Ensure and maintain a strong customer service focus that will " go beyond" expectations
Monitors cusotmer feedback and provide suggestions to improve custome service and quality of products
Direct continuous improvement activites for stores performance
Acting as the main contact between OD and store managers, ensure the operation communication channel is fully opened.
Utilizes action plans when needed creates, improves or upgrades systems to be better and more effeiciently achieve goals and objectives
Responsible for store management supervision including but not limited to directing of management team, corrective counseling, and issuing managment evaluations
Able to take decision to solve the problem & report to OM for helping
People management & leadership
Accountable for interview, hiring, efficient operations team and turnover ratio, closely with HR with relevant matter
Improve & develop self on leadership& Mangement mindset and skill
Train and development of their areas SM, ASM, SS, and team

Education:
Colleage or university degree
Hospitality school graduation is a plus
Experience:
Above 2 years of in similar position working in F&B Industry.
