Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share for all channels (include offline, online, e-commerce)
Customer Satisfaction Enhancement: Focus on improving customer experience and loyalty through various initiatives.
Sales Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data to optimize product offerings and promotional strategies, aiming to exceed sales targets.
Implement the business development plans within budget and on time, coordinating the resources of the organization to achieve approved objectives
Develop marketing strategy include marketing retail and branding.
Manage account budgets annually, and update forecast monthly basis.
Establish a business partnership with key personnel in the relevant accounts
Work closely with strategic planning team on category analysis and monitoring account performance in all areas, including sales, profit, marketing result management and promotional effectiveness.
Strategically align, plan, negotiate and review business activities within the relevant on a regular basis.
Understand the number analysis of retail market, understand the P&L.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data.
Strategic Thinking: Develop and implement effective marketing and branding strategies.
Relevant Work Experience: Previous at least 2 years’ relevant experience in retail planning, marketing, understand e-commerce platform, brand or distributor particularly in the cosmetics industry.
Performance Metrics: Meeting or exceeding set marketing targets and ensuring efficient marketing management.
Proactively analyze and resolve issues: Efficiently tackle problems and ensure tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
