1- Planning main duties:
1.1 Overall: Follow and implement strictly all regulations and policies as well as standard system (LCP) issued by the Management & ABI Global.
1.2 Excellence: Lead the team to use the VPO/LCP method and tools correctly to ensure the performance.
1.3 Focus routine planning:
- Demand operation: Leading team for propose baseline FCST and cooperation with other functions (commercial, Innovation, Trade..) to create the accuracy forecast demand. Leading routine S&OP/ S&OE with all stakehoders for Biz routine.
- Supply: Coordinate with supply team for analysis Demand (Budget and LE) to propose the Supply network planning operation include capacity & inventory.Leading the supply team to create the optimal production schedule planning to support supply performance such as TBP,GLY, LEF, E&F, TPE & Water
Control finish product and beer age, found out bad trends, timely reporting and actively communicate to resolve
Control raw and pack material inventory
Plan for import/ export volume as required by demand/ commercial team.
- MRP: Leading MRP by Coordinate with Procurement, IMEX & WH to ensure the supply of material under inventory policy
- RET Pack: Together with RET controller to manage the returnable process, return performance & injection plan to ensure supply RET in both local & exporting.
- Performance: Together with team for tracking & reporting department performance through strategy KPI and taking the properly action incase KPI out of trend/target.
- Budgeting: Own functions’ budget process, including involve in planning, manage the tracking, do reporting
- S&OP/ S&OE maturity: Leading the team to improve the process operation and maturity level of S&OP/ S&OE process
2- People Management
- Ensure team to follow and implement strictly all regulations, policies, instructions issued by the Management of ABI and by laws.
- Manage the department’s people pipeline by training, supporting employees in implementing of their growth plans, feedback, fairly and equitable individual performance evaluation. Make succession plans, develop the reserve forces in a proactive manner.
