Develop and implement change management process to ensure all changing is viewed, evaluate and update to reduce risk of change to company performance
Ensure document related are updated after change
Identify plan and executing, monitoring the plan to ensure meet the goals to align with company’s goals
Identify long term plan to develop the department to have capability to adapt with company growing including: People, System,
Training & coaching team to ensure team have capable to handle effective and efficiency job
Leading, evaluation, feedback and motivate team

Key skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management
>=5 year in same role in MNC
Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Process development, improvement (Must)
Furniture experience preferred.
Lean Six Sigma
Routing, BOM, Process development, Process control,
Takt time, layout, process optimization through lean application
NVA, SVA, VA analysis
Leadership, Change Management, Presentation
Time – Management, Problem Solving, Project Management
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel, Data Analys
