Job Description

Your role, as PROCESSING OFFICER, includes the following:

  1. Supporting our consultants and counsellors with processing our client’s applications.
  2. Liaising with clients to obtain documents and materials in support of their applications.
  3. Accurately process and complete application documents.
  4. Providing administrative and clerical support to our consultants.
  5. Taking instructions from and promptly report to our manager or consultants.

Requirements

  • You must have minimum 3 years’ experience in work experience is required in the clerical, human resources or administrative works.
  • It is preferred if you have a degree in law or worked as a lawyer.
  • Strong command in Mandarin, English and Vietnamese (spoken and written) as you will be liasing with client from China/ Vietnam directly.
  • Be confident with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You must have excellent research, drafting and writing skills.
  • Strong attention to details is important.
  • Be able to drive matters forward with your strong intellect, commercial acumen and ethical standard.
  • Able to work under pressure, committed and meet a tight deadline.
  • Must be self-organised and able to prioritize tasks allocated to you.
  • Above all, you MUST have excellent working attitude, self-motivated with initiatives and responsibility and a good team player.
