Job Summary: Assist with daily procurement activities, including coordinating with suppliers and processing orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requesting initial prices, quality details, deadlines, and expectations from suppliers
• Gathering and preparing documents such as quotes, proposals, purchase terms, and conditions from suppliers
• Organizing records related to contracts, leases, purchasing activities, costs, and expenditures
• Supporting the sourcing and evaluation of new suppliers
• Performing other duties as assigned

Final year students or recent graduates majoring in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
Basic knowledge of procurement processes
Problem-solving mind-set
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, proactive, and eager to learn
