• Research and study new products to understand features, applications, and competitive advantages.
• Develop and maintain technical content, including datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, and user guides.
• Write and optimize landing page content for product launches.
• Work closely with Customer Support to support create technical support materials and product documentation.
• Collaborate with Design and Video teams to produce engaging content for product marketing.
• Support the Sales team with in-depth product content for customer engagement.
• Monitor and update product materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Strong technical writing skills with experience in B2B or technology-focused content.
• Ability to translate complex product information into clear and engaging content.
• Knowledge of SEO and best practices for writing technical content.
• Excellent research and analytical skills to understand and document new products.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Customer Support, Marketing) is a plus
• Passion for technology, particularly drones, gimbals, and cameras.
• Proficiency in English writing and communication.
