Location: 555 3/2 Street, Ward 8, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday) and 8:30 - 12:30 (Saturday Morning).
I. Job Objectives:
The Product Management Specialist is responsible for executing the process of new product research & development (NPD), working with manufacturers and R&D teams to ensure products are developed according to standards and timelines. Additionally, the Product Specialist collaborates with relevant departments to ensure smooth product launches, conducts market research, and monitors marketing activities, including working with agencies to implement KOL/KOC campaigns.
II. Key Responsibilities:
1. New Product Research & Development (NPD):
Monitor and oversee the product development process from ideation to launch.
Work with manufacturers and R&D teams to ensure product formulations, packaging, and standards meet requirements.
Track production progress, inspect sample quality, and suggest necessary adjustments.
Coordinate with the legal department to ensure product compliance with registration and certification regulations.
2. Market Research & Trend Analysis:
Collect and analyze market data, beauty trends, and customer needs to propose product improvements.
Monitor competitor activities and report to the Brand Manager to adjust strategies as needed.
Conduct customer surveys to gain insights and feedback on products.
3. Cross-Department Collaboration for Product Launches:
Support the Brand Manager in working with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales teams to implement product launch plans.
Track the supply chain process to ensure timely product availability across distribution channels.
Prepare product documents and assist in training sales and customer service teams.
Collaborate with agencies to oversee marketing campaigns related to KOL/KOC, PR, and sampling.
Review marketing content to ensure alignment with brand and product messaging.
Monitor campaign performance and compile reports to optimize marketing activities

III. Requirements:
1. Experience:
At least 2-3 years of experience in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG in Product Management, Brand Management, or equivalent roles.
2. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Biotechnology, or related fields.
3. Technical Skills:
Understanding of the product development process for cosmetics, skincare, and makeup.
Experience in market research, data analysis, and product strategy development.
Ability to track and manage projects from ideation to market launch.
Experience working with agencies and KOL/KOC in the beauty industry.
4. Soft Skills:
Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities to ensure project timelines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and creativity.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Fluency in English is an advantage.
