Translate business strategy into product strategy and define annual product roadmap.
Manage product profitability and commercial success. Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement in product assortment, pricing, and promotion.
Manage sales forecast for each category.
Track and analyze category performance against key indicators, and provide recommendations for improvement
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth, maintain a deep understanding of the luxury consumer and their buying habits.
Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.
Develop compelling product training content that is informative, engaging, to ensure effective brand storytelling and product knowledge.

University degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Business (MBA is a plus).
At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Category management, buying. Experience within the fashion sector or luxury brands is a strong plus.
An entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinking ability.
A deep understanding of and empathy for customers' needs and preferences.
Well-developed business acumen to understand and navigate market dynamics.
Proficiency in managing relationships with various stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
