Job Responsilities:
Manage Production: Managing production of Binh Duong plant.
Provide direction: within the production teams in terms of how the teams contributions support and impact the customer.
Live the culture: Support site effort to create a culture of functional and operational excellence, continuous improvement, accountability, professionalism and commitment to company values and behaviors by implementing (DO) standard CoE processes.
Lead Performance and Delivery: Plan, lead, organize & control the delivery (ready to serve) of production’s contribution to sites objectives and overall performance (in terms of safety, reliability, productivity, service, cost, quality and material/eco-efficiency and community stewardship) and provide insights regarding developments based on analysis.
Manage Hazards: Look for and respond effectively to hazards in safety, health, security and environment, taking account of people, plant, and procedures and provide insights regarding developments based on analyses.
Build organization: Be a role model in talent management through developing a strong talent bench for key positions in the production unit, enhancing talent development and engagement levels.
Set example: Walk the talk by living the AkzoNobel values and working across Functions and sites to drive the overall AN strategy for improved and leading performance for our stakeholders.
Communicate strategy: Ensure ISC strategy is cascaded to the plant/production organization effectively to ensure appropriate alignment of focus and relevant information and issues are fed back up.

Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial) or master’s in chemistry.
Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in manufacturing industry and knowledgeable of production and business processes and have strong background in Engineering, Logistics, Production or HSE.
Must be experienced in personnel management with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience with multi-discipline teams. Must be knowledgeable about personnel management systems & best practices
Sound experience in a batch-processing factory environment and preferably knowledgeable about Lean Manufacturing concepts and principles
Good analytical skills, financial knowledge and experience in managing change initiatives
This position reports to the Site Manager and fully take responsibility for safety, quality, cost, delivery, planning and people relation strategy
