Production Planning Control Staff

- Check orders for sufficient raw materials quantity needed.

- Control of issuance of inventory in accordance production instruction, such as Master Production Schedule, Daily Job Schedule & etc.

- Assist in coordination, progressing and expediting the supply of materials timely for Production.

- Assists in the preparation of reports for Production Management Review and Sales Forecast Meeting.

- Update IMR to system.

- Update raw materials to planning sheet for new Po.

- Update GRN for stock and non-stock to system.

- Update submission order for back order and sales forecast file.

- Update packing list to system.

- Monthly inventory checks between the system and the actual.

- Responsible for proper storage, identification, arrangement, stock rotation and safe guarding of stock.

- Arrange and save document for IATF, ISO….

- Any other jobs directed by their superior.

- Graduate: College degree or above

- Major: Economic, Industry

- Skills: Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English. 

- Experience: Not required.

- Age: From 24 to 33. (Female)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Careful, caring, and flexible.
